FLAT ROCK PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL MEETING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5, 2013
The Special Meeting of the Library Board was called to order by President Paul Gagne at 6:02 p.m.
Present: Paul Gagne, Ruth Vack, Charlene Smith
Excused: Tom MacDonald, Wendy Clark
Also present: Linda Mulder, Director
AGENDA:
Discussion and reading of the Clean Net proposal.
A motion was made by Ruth Vack and seconded by Char Smith to request the Director to sign the one year contract with Clean Net . Motion carried unanimously.
The Director will speak with the Milan Public Library Director first (one of CleanNet's references). She will also speak to Bruce Hammond to terminate work done at the Library by the City custodian.
Old Business: 1. The Director informed the Library Board that the applicant they had offered the
position to has declined.
2. The Director will set up the last two interviews for next week if possible.
Meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
