Current Biography Illustrated contains hundreds of biographies including photographs. Daily Life Online contains 33 volumes of text and pictures on history from the ancient world to the present. World Book Online features the full text of the latest version of the encyclopedia plus an online atlas, spanish online encyclopedia, sound clips, aerial views of important locations around the world, online videos and much more. The Economic Outlook Update explains in depth consumer prices, inflation and interest rates, consumer spending and the stock market in charts and graphs. Your Flat Rock Library staff welcomes your questions. Our 3 librarians are trained to help you meet your informational needs efficiently and accurately. We will also respond by email to questions, comments, and suggestions. If you would like to access our databases from home pick up our brochure "your virtual library". Click on the Mel (Michigan Electronic Library) to find newspaper and journal articles Many are full text. Note the Log on at school or work link in the lower left corner. Click on this. You will enter the Mel databases by subject page. Click on a link and you can search and find relevant information. Remember to select the full text box when searching. Family history census records can be accessed by clicking on Ancestry Plus in the Mel database subject page. For more family or local history information
